Terms of Service

NavAI lets you generate images from text prompts using third-party AI models, paid for with credits. New accounts get 10 free credits; further credits are bought in one-time packs — there is no subscription.

You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

• Credits are a prepaid licence to use the generation service. They are not money, a deposit, a security, or a currency, and they have no cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable: they belong to the account that bought or received them and cannot be sold, gifted, or moved to another account.
• Credits do not expire. Credits you buy or receive for free remain usable for as long as your account exists.
• Purchases are one-time and final once made — see Section 9 on your cancellation rights for the one specific case where a refund right would otherwise apply.

You agree not to use NavAI to generate, or attempt to generate:

• child sexual abuse material, or any sexualised depiction of a minor,
• sexual or defamatory content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent,
• content that is otherwise illegal under the laws of England and Wales,
• or content intended to harass, defraud, or impersonate a real person or organisation.

Prompts are screened before a credit is spent. We may block a prompt, suspend, or terminate an account that violates this section, and may report unlawful content (particularly CSAM) to the relevant authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment for the credit used, you own the image you generate and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and are not guaranteed to be unique — the same or a similar prompt, run by you or another user, may produce the same or a similar result. We make no claim that any generated image is free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for how you use it.

NavAI is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of your use of NavAI is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of Section 4, for fraud or non-payment, or where required by law. You can close your account at any time from your account page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused credits, except as required by Section 9.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continuing to use NavAI after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as a UK consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content and get a refund.

That right does not apply to your purchase of NavAI credits, because credits are usable — and typically used — the moment payment completes. Before you pay, checkout requires you to tick a box confirming that you want your credits supplied immediately and that you understand this means you lose the 14-day cancellation right. If you don't tick that box, we don't start your checkout. Ticking it is what waives the right; this section is just us explaining what that tick means.

This doesn't affect your other statutory rights — for example, if the service is faulty or not as described.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
